Before you submit a repair request, please read through the FAQs below. If you still need help after reviewing this information, you can make a repair request by signing into the tenants portal using the button at the bottom of the page.

If your toilet won't flush, lift the lift on the back of the tank to make sure the chain is properly attached to the flush mechanism.

If your toilet has become blocked, you can use a plunger to remove small clogs from the pipe. If you don't own a plunger, you can typically purchase one from a big box store or local hardware store.
